This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information you provide directly: When you sign up for early access, request a demo, or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and job title.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and IP address. We use this data in aggregate to improve our website and do not use it to personally identify you.

Your information is stored securely using Google Workspace and Cloudflare infrastructure, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the data processing agreements of our service providers to ensure adequate protection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR): In addition to the rights above, you have the right to: data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format); restrict or object to processing of your data; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing); and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required because we do not engage in these practices.
Children
AiRR Score is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16 (or 13 in the United States under COPPA). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@airrscore.com.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions and early access signups are retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 12 months. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only and individual IP addresses are not stored beyond 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice via email to registered users.
