No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Your entire marketing team, executives, and agency partners can all access AiRR under one account. Competitors like Profound charge per seat. We don't.
Yes. Monthly billing is available on Starter and Pro plans. Annual billing is shown by default and offers a lower rate. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your existing data, scores, and history carry forward. If you upgrade during the founding member window, the founding rate applies to your new tier.
Starter and Pro include ChatGPT coverage. Enterprise customers get access to additional LLMs including Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and others as they become available. The platform is model-agnostic by design.
Your access is paused, not deleted. We hold your data for 90 days. You can reactivate at any time. If you want to start fresh, we can do that too.
